Return & Refund Policy – Braap Built

At Braap Built, we take pride in the quality and performance of our snowmobile parts. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligible Items: Standard in-stock parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or 3D-printed parts, including ski stoppers, ski savers, and other performance upgrades, are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

2. How to Return

  1. Contact us at braapbuilt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping your item back.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at braapbuilt@gmail.com.

  • We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for standard items are available depending on stock.

  • Custom parts are not eligible for exchanges, but replacements will be provided if defective.
